Nutrition is the key element for a healthy body and mind. There are
hundreds of nutritional plans, diets and programs including all the

there are three main types of food high in good carbohydrates;
these are vegetables, fruits and whole grain high fiber foods.
Additional sources of good carbohydrates can be low fat dairy,
seeds and raw nuts, legumes and beans. Good carbohydrate
foods are also beneficial for weight loss and healthy blood sugar
level maintenance also helping to avoid heart disease and diabetes
development.
On the other hand bad carbohydrates are removing fiber and
nutrients from your body. These processed, bad carb foods are
generally loaded with preservatives, sweeteners, and unhealthy
additives and high-calories fats, creating dramatic surge in insulin
causing your body store fat, make your pancreas overwork highly
increasing the risk of heart disease and diabetes, even obesity.
Because of the sweeteners and additives these food types are
tasty; bad carbohydrates food list includes pasta and bread,
pudding, sweets, cookies, cakes, jelly, candy, sodas, fruit juices
and processed grains like white rice. Eating food high in bad carbs,
which the majority of people do, because they are tasty can
increase the risk of obesity, arthritis, diabetes and stroke. There
should be drawn a line between good and bad carbohydrate
consumption, which can be easily made with proper advice and
nutritionist’s help.
