receptionist is available to schedule appointments. We look

If the weather conditions are questionable, please contact
the office to verify the status of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please notify our office 24 hours in advance
of your scheduled appointment time. We realize that
unexpected things may occur, but we ask for your
assistance in this regard.
Waverly Weight Loss reserves the right to charge $100 for a
missed appointment that is not cancelled 24 hours in
advance with our receptionist.
Appointment Confirmation Policy
New patient appointments booked online will be confirmed by
our receptionist. Please provide a contact number online
that you check regularly. If we cannot confirm the
appointment within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel
your appointment.
